The Arkansas Committee of the National Museum of Women in the Arts (ACNMWA) announces its series of Saturday networking arts events for art students, artists and art lovers and advocates from September 22 – November 3, 2018, 10 am – 12 noon. Events feature guided facility and exhibit tours following “Meet & Greet” networking sessions led by ACNMWA that include information about the non-profit’s annual stipends and programs that benefit Arkansas women artists.
The public is invited. Free tickets to each of the four events are available through the ACNMWA Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/ASC.NMWA/). Regional arts institutions partnering with ACNMWA include Brightwater, A Center for the
Study of Food and Art in Bentonville (Sat Sept 22); the Art and Sciences Center of Southeast
Arkansas in Pine Bluff (Sat Oct 20); Bradbury Art Museum at Arkansas State University in
Jonesboro (Sat Oct 27); and the Arkansas Arts Center in Little Rock (Sat Nov 3).
